Hi We have a MOSS 2007 server running on a decent powerfull server (but Single Core) with 4GB ram.We have aproblem with a different Components (like ourZipcomponent and PDF generaiton) which runs in the same process as Sharepoint (w3wp.exe). Sometimes when running these components we get a "out of memory" exception. The w3wp.exe process is usaaly around 300-600 mb when this happens. But why on earth would it say out of memory when the App Pool has the "Maximun virtual memory limit" unchecked? There is still at least 2-3 Gb available? Is theere a setting somewhere that sets a maximum memory limit other than in the App Pool?

Hi, No all of this is controlled via IIS web garden. Are you receiving an error in your event log when this happens? If so can you post the error message so I can have a better feel for whats happening. Thanks,
